Your content
Only submit content you have permission to share. You retain rights to your content and permit YumYum and its service providers to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service and respect your selected audience. Posts are reviewed before publication; the community owner may approve their own posts. Content may be rejected or removed and access may be restricted for abuse or safety reasons.
Food and pickup arrangements
Providers are responsible for accurate descriptions, ingredients, allergens, prices, availability, lawful preparation and food safety. Customers should confirm ingredients, allergies, pickup and payment details directly with the provider. YumYum does not inspect food, guarantee a listing, provide a delivery-driver service or process payments. Refunds, cancellations and payment disputes should be discussed with the provider; report misuse to support.
Privacy and account closure
The Privacy Policy explains data handling and visibility. Do not put addresses, passwords or pickup codes in public posts. You may export records, pause your profile or delete your account. Account deletion is permanent and can remove associated pickup history for both participants.
Availability and changes
The current app is undergoing launch preparation and testing. Features may change or be unavailable. Use the support address to report problems. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
